The Regulator of Social Housing has released revised standards for Social Housing Landlords.
They state "The proposed new consumer standards are designed to protect tenants and improve the service they receive. The will apply to all social landlords."
The revisions are effective from 1 April 2024 and derive from the Social Housing Regulation Act.
