New Service Offering

Abovo are delighted to announce a new service offering Repairs and Maintenance reviews for our clients. 


Process includes examination of end-to-end procedures from customer reporting of repair through to quality assurance and works sign off, covering document review,

best practice and policy advice, performance management, data profiling. 


The projects deliver recommendations for improvement with SMART action plan for recommendations delivery, organisational structures and key-risks. 


Taken together the aim is to help providers meet their responsibilities to tenants under RSH's Consumer Standards.
